1. General Provisions

bdt477 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") is an online betting and casino service provider operating with a focus on users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdt477 website and all associated services.

By accessing our platform or registering an account, you will be considered to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If any information changes, notify our support immediately. You will be solely responsible for any issues arising from the provision of incorrect information.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share it with any third party. You are personally responsible for any transactions or activities carried out from your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately via our 24/7 live chat or email. If not reported in time, the Company will not accept responsibility for any resulting loss.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact the support team to reactivate an inactive account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount at bdt477 is ৳200 (two hundred taka). We accept the following payment methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. All withdrawals are sent via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The prevailing exchange rate will apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

bdt477 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines. We may request proof of source of funds or identity verification documents when required. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000 → you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• If you deposit ৳28,000 → you will receive a ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳48,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes withdrawable. Only specific games will count towards wagering calculations — contact support for details.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A new bonus cannot be accepted while a bonus is active unless specifically approved.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it is only withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.
• If we suspect bonus abuse or fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any related winnings.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled when a promotional offer expires.

5.4 VIP Program

The bdt477 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. The Company reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error. In that case, bdt477 reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or cancel the bet and refund the amount.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system. We follow fair play principles to ensure the integrity of results. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded.

6.3 Software Errors

The Company reserves the right to declare void any incorrect payout or win resulting from a software bug or error. If a user knowingly exploits such an error, the account may be closed.

6.4 Network Interruption

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined based on the last state saved in the system. The Company's decision will be final in such cases.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any violation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Earning bonuses using multiple accounts (bonus abuse)
• Using betting bots or automated software
• Any form of hacking, malware or deployment of harmful code
• Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour towards other members
• Operating an account under a false identity or betting on behalf of a third party
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or handling illegal funds
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Operating an account on behalf of someone under 21 years of age

8. Limitation of Liability

bdt477 will not accept any liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection
• Delays due to failure of third-party services (payment gateways, telecom providers)
• Data loss caused by issues with the user's own device or software
• Loss resulting from the user disclosing their own account credentials
• Service interruptions due to government directives, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability will never exceed the total amount of the transaction in question.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Company's Rights

bdt477 may immediately suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or submit documents
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Court order or government directive
• Suspected access from a restricted region

10.2 User's Rights

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time. In this case, the existing balance will remain withdrawable, however any active bonuses will be cancelled. You may also apply for limits or self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons.

11. Changes to Services

bdt477 may make the following changes at any time, with or without notice:

• Changes to the list of available games or betting markets
• Adding or removing payment methods
• Changes to the terms of bonus and promotional offers
• Temporary closure for platform maintenance or upgrades
• Amendments to any part of these terms

If any bet or game is not completed during maintenance, the relevant staked amount will be refunded.

12. Contact & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Complaints Procedure

For any complaints or disputes, please contact our support team first. We will make every effort to resolve issues as quickly as possible. It is advisable to submit all complaints in writing via email.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If an internal resolution is not possible, an attempt will be made to resolve the dispute through mutual-consent mediation. The company's gaming results and decisions related to RNG are final and binding.
